RETURN & REUFND POLICY

At Faucet Fusion, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:



RETURNS :

1) Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, but please note that returns are only supported for broken products or lost goods.

2) All items must be in their original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

HOW TO RETURN OUR PRODUCT :

1) If you received a broken product or if your item is lost, please contact our support team at support@faucetfusion.com within 30 days. Include your order number and details about the issue.

2) For broken products, please provide photos that clearly show the damage. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.


REFUNDS :

1) Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

2) Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


EXCHANGES :

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the broken item and place a new order.
